Here at Rarity Ridge we like
to celebrate the simple joys of life. Rarity Ridge’s
community feeling contradicts the sprawling metropolises
that are rising up across the country. Here families and
individuals can find a traditional, classic community
to call home. It’s not only a wonderful place to
call home, but also a great waterfront community with
incredible scenery and ambience.
Set along the Clinch River in Oak Ridge,
Tenn., Rarity Ridge highlights the past with its traditional,
vintage-style details. Each street is lined with cottage
homes, carriage homes, patio homes and townhomes. The
estate homesites feature your custom design to suit your
lifestyle needs. Sidewalks and large front porches are
reminders of times when neighbors enjoyed each other’s
company while rocking on their front porch. Classic white
trim and soft woodland home colors highlight the Queen
Anne architecture of each home.
All of the Rarity Ridge amenities surround
a Town Center that will boast excellent shopping, great
dining and office spaces. When complete, the Town Center
will be home to a Wellness Center, Discovery Center, shops,
restaurants, a fresh market and much more. Areas will
be set aside for small businesses and services for our
residents. The Wellness Center has areas for aerobics
and fitness, an indoor saline lap pool, sauna, hot tub
and health-oriented juice bar. There is an indoor serving
area and outdoor patio for your enjoyment. Members have
access to men’s and women’s private locker
rooms and restroom facilities. The Wellness Center is
located directly beside the Discovery Center and near
the water complex and tennis courts.
The gated water complex has a beach-entry
pool with waterslide and dancing water fountain. It is
located on the other side of the Discovery Center from
the Wellness Center and beside the tennis courts. Located
on the Clinch River, the Rarity Ridge Yacht Club has boat
slips available for your watercraft. The Clinch River
on Watts Bar Lake is stocked with rainbow and brown trout
and is a great area for fishing throughout the year. Located
beside the water complex are tennis courts and in the
future the community will have basketball and volleyball
courts and softball and baseball fields.
There are miles of walking trails throughout
the community that showcase the magnificent views and
surroundings. Enjoy a light stroll or brisk walk and get
acquainted with the community you now call home.
